What You Need To Be Successful Minimum of 10 years in FP&A or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, including managing senior managers or cross-functional finance teams. Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, economics, or related field; MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of leading large-scale planning and transformation initiatives that align cross-functional partners around shared strategic objectives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems and frame effective solutions. Excellent presentation, communication, and business partnering skills. Ability to convey financial information to non-financial partners clearly and effectively. Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire teams, providing mentorship and guidance to ignite their full potential. Strong understanding of financial systems, automation, and reporting at scale. Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL), data visualization (PowerBI or Tableau), and financial reporting systems is highly preferred.
