Overview The Senior Director, Client Lead will be responsible for cultivating strong client partnerships within the retail vertical, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding client experiences across Epsilon's data, tech, and media offerings—with a strong focus on retail media networks (RMNs). This role seeks a strategic problem-solver with outstanding business insight and strong leadership skills, developing effective solutions for retail clients. Critically, this role operates within an enterprise-level sales organization and reports to the Senior Vice President, Client Lead. What You’ll Do Foster positive client relationships and understand their business goals and challenges. Orchestrate the efforts of Client Developments, Sales Strategists, Solution Architects, Client Supporting Functions, and Account Management Teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive solutions are developed and delivered. Negotiate contracts and pricing; develop and lead client success plans; contribute to Epsilon's success within the retail vertical. Develop and implement strategic account plans that leverage retail media solutions to align with client objectives and growth targets. Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver data, technology, and media solutions that meet company goals in the retail sector. Maintain pipeline coverage while achieving forecast accuracy. Lead team performance through capability development, knowledge sharing, and innovation initiatives. Mentor and collaborate with Client Associates to support professional growth in the retail industry. Champion and embody the company’s vision and values in all interactions related to retail clients. What You’ll Achieve Forge strategic partnerships with retail clients that result in revenue growth from retail media strategies across Epsilon’s data, tech, and media. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in retail client organizations. Drive measurable results such as YOY growth, client retention, and account expansion. Develop customized solutions that address client challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. Provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams to deliver integrated retail solutions. Who You Are 10+ years in enterprise sales within the retail industry with deep knowledge of the retail media landscape, RMNs, strategy, analytics, and forecasting. Proven ability to develop new client relationships, understand client needs, and drive revenue growth with a strong sales pipeline. Expertise in Tech or Media sales for retail media platforms; ability to translate complex solutions into business value and ROI. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to develop business cases and financial models. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including effective communication with C-level executives. Proven ability to drive revenue growth, maintain high client satisfaction, and build strategic partnerships. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex enterprise relationships; fosters innovation. Strong understanding of data analytics, platform capabilities, performance optimization, ROI measurement, and campaign efficiency. Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and related tools. Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $166,300 - $183,000 In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Actual compensation will depend on factors including skills, experience, location, and applicable employment laws. The salary range is subject to change.
