Your core mission is to be the catalyst that transforms passionate students into digital powerhouses. You\'ll guide them in building genuine, engaged communities while equipping them with the digital marketing arsenal they need to thrive in today\'s online landscape.
Basic requirements
The ideal candidate will bring to the table: Proven track record of social media mastery and community building excellence Demonstrated success in nurturing and growing vibrant online communities Cutting-edge knowledge of social media dynamics and emerging trends Proficiency with modern content creation tools and AI platforms Natural ability to connect with and inspire Gen Z audiences Impressive personal brand and online presence Outstanding communication and presentation abilities Commitment to working on-site in Austin, TX (relocation assistance available) Authorization to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available)

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
