What You’ll Achieve

As the Director, Partner & Industry Marketing, you’ll lead all aspects of our demand program and marketing strategy from brand awareness to lead generation. You’ll build and scale the channel across two key audiences: business partners and industry associations.

Business partners:

Build joint marketing plans with strategic partners and design and integrate marketing campaigns into demand generation to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue (across digital, events, ABM, webinars, content syndication and more).

Work closely with sales, partner leads, and product marketing to drive partner pipeline, accelerate joint GTM efforts, and build stronger Epsilon awareness.

Industry associations:

Set goals and priorities for each industry association participation and memberships, managing a calendar of engagements, opportunities, and interactions to strengthen relationships with relevant organizations.

Increase Epsilon’s visibility and awareness in market by crafting marketing programs that reach industry audiences, aligned with our business goals.

Coordinate internal executives and customers’ participation, measuring value.

For both:

Build key internal communications channels for sales education, training and enablement.

Measure the program as the channel owner – owning critical metrics and business outcomes.

Optimize execution and value of investments and programs; drive standardization and standard processes.

Surface insights to uncover scalable opportunities and budgeting decisions with top partners and/or associations.

Who You Are

Experience:

8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience working with 3rd party partners and organizations.

Strategy & outcomes:

Proven success building and driving a partner and industry association strategy and tying the program to business outcomes.

Messaging:

Ability to distill complex and highly technical messages into effective marketing messaging that attracts customers and prospects.

Domain knowledge:

Deep understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, and brand awareness strategies.

Analytics & leadership:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to respond to results and feedback; ability to lead cross-functional teams; organized and accountable for follow-through.

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent experience, with an ideal focus in marketing.

You have experience at a marketing/advertising technology company, marketing/advertising agency, or technology company.

You’re a self-starter who can both drive strategy and perform tactically as needed.

Balanced, diligent, and able to manage multiple workstreams.

Salary

Base salary range: $122,250 - $203,750. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. The salary range is subject to change.
