Overview
Associate Director, HIV Franchise Marketing – Southeast at Gilead Sciences. Role focuses on regional community insights and activations within the HIV franchise, contributing to PrEP and HIV treatment initiatives. Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of the HIV Franchise Marketing strategic plan focusing on regional engagement initiatives, insight gathering and events management. Coordinate HIV Franchise strategic priorities with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across HIV Treatment and Prevention Marketing teams and cross-functionally across the enterprise. Drive development and implementation of regional priority opportunities and activations, aligning and amplifying community liaison team engagement. Foster Gilead’s HIV leadership narrative while amplifying key community partnership activities. Develop and execute insight plans for key stakeholders, including regional advisory boards when appropriate. Orchestrate Gilead’s presence at key HIV events and sponsorships, ensuring engagement across the organization and alignment with commercial priorities. Manage and direct agency partners to deliver on the annual tactical plan within the assigned budget. Develop and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders and external audiences. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. Background / Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and writing skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics. Demonstrated excellence in project management, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities. Basic Qualifications
High School Degree with fourteen years’ experience OR Associate’s degree with twelve years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with ten years’ experience OR Master’s Degree with eight years’ experience OR PhD with two years’ experience Preferred Qualifications
10 years of marketing experience 8+ years MS/MA or MBA or other advanced business/public health degree considered Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales and commercial policies and practices Previous experience in marketing research and/or pharmaceutical sales Salary range: $177,905.00 - $230,230.00. Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Position may be eligible for discretionary bonus, stock-based incentives, PTO, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
