Provide a DoD or Navy client with executive and administrative support to ensure efficient office operation and oversee projects of significance to client leadership. Apply an understanding of program or project management and enterprise operational support with a primary focus on mitigating risk and realizing efficiency through standardized procedures, as well as the improved management and application of information. Manage and prioritize correspondence, ensuring seamless communication and meticulous documentation to support mission-critical objectives. Drive efficient workflows by organizing, tracking, and responding to emails and other communications with precision and professionalism. Lead or support engagements to solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems and develop evaluation methods to assess impact to the client mission, addressing organizational, process, people, or leadership challenges. Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting the federal government, including the DoD Experience supporting Navy, Defense, Joint, or Combatant Command (COCOM) staff such as an Action Officer or Flag Aide Experience with congressional or legislative affairs, including as an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff Experience managing executive-level communications, including detailed federal taskers such as the DoD, and congressional and industry RFIs Experience with regular direct client interactions, including supporting project delivery, delivering presentations, leading client meetings, and working independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications
Experience working on Capitol Hill as a Congressional Staffer or in the DoD or Navy Office of Legislative Affairs Experience with the Congressional Authorization and Appropriations process, and the DoD legislative process, including program objective memorandum (POM) preparation, Budget Estimate Submissions (BES), President’s Budget (PB) exhibit preparation, and working around senior congressional staff and DoD or Navy officials Experience reviewing and drafting appeals to Congressional Defense Committees as part of annual Authorization and Appropriations processes Knowledge of the ETMS2 tasking system Ability to track and comprehend acquisition and procurement goals as they move through the legislative cycle and plan, organize, and execute tasks with minimal direction Top Secret clearance Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
