Overview
Linkage Marketing Coordinator (Up to $2,000 Incentive *Potential)(Expected Pay: $34,796 - $127,018) Our Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach location in Lahaina, HI is looking for a Linkage Marketing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team. Pay: $14/hour plus competitive commission & bonuses (uncapped). Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus potential with one year of timeshare experience; up to $1,000 paid after training and $1,000 after six months (and up to $1000 with no timeshare experience – $500 after training and $500 after six months). Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus. Schedule:
Hours range from 7am to 8pm (shifts typically 7am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-8pm), rotating shifts, 5 days per week, may be required to work weekends. This position pays a base wage of $14 per hour with production pay; the 2024 annual pay range for Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach Worksite in 2024 was $34,796 to $127,018. Responsibilities
As a Coordinator Marketing Linkage, assist in providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service. Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations. Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Ensure all guests who attend a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services. Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. Guest Experience and Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. To Become a Coordinator Marketing Linkage
Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone. Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Concierge and/or sales experience preferred. Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
