This is an opportunity for an experienced healthcare admissions professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

The Opportunity In this highly visible leadership role, you will be the voice and face of our community — guiding prospective residents and families through the admissions process, building trust with hospital partners and referral sources, and driving census growth through creative marketing strategies. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and compassionate care.

What You’ll Do

Develop and implement strategic marketing and outreach initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners

Lead the admissions process with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless resident transitions

Monitor trends and data to identify growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in skilled nursing/long-term care admissions and marketing

Strong network of healthcare and community contacts (preferred)

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Creative thinker with a passion for service and results

Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
