The role is an extended part of our corporate branding team and is responsible for developing outstanding graphics and supporting communications for printed material and onboard collateral, following branding guidelines to ensure timely production and high quality. Responsibilities
Coordinate, design and production of all printed collateral, including Currents, as well as onboard written communication such as letters, flyers, schedules, newspapers and other informational collateral in accordance with company branding guidelines. Edit and produce all onboard menus and opening hours signs; design and production of onboard signage following branding guidelines. Manage the collection and use of information for daily Currents (port information, weather, activities, advertisements, service hours). Coordinate and update onboard Wine and Bar lists with Head Sommelier (R-Class) or Executive Cellar Master (O-Class). Print Mid Cruise Comment Card Shells and guest information on voyages longer than seven days. Coordinate and print content for crew use (informational letters, HR or Training Materials, Crew Itinerary). E‑mail PDF copies of Currents to Head Office and archive issues in BOX. Work with Marketing Specialist on content for digital formats (ITV, Oceania Cruises App). Maintain inventory of paper and supplies; order through Hotel Inventory Controller; maintain RISO printers and arrange service as needed. Perform all other duties as requested by supervisor. Qualifications and Experience
Systems: Fluency in PC environment; working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat); familiar with basic printing (color printer and duplicator). Education and Experience: Certification in Graphic Design; portfolio of design work; familiarity with the Cruise industry preferred; strong understanding of corporate branding and brand guidelines; strong design skills including typography and photo-retouching. Profile: Proficiency in English; excellent administrative skills and attention to detail; well organized; ability to multi-task under tight deadlines; team player, self-motivated and flexible; outgoing personality; ability to work in an international environment; excellent appearance and social skills.
