Events and Communications Manager, Landegger Program in International Business Diplomacy, School of Foreign Service Georgetown University Georgetown University comprises two unique campuses in the nation's capital. Responsibilities
Manage logistics related to the Wallenberg International Fellows Program and the SFS side of the Global Business Fellows (GBF) Program. Design and execute co-curricular programming and events for the GBF Program. Assist the Associate Director with event and co-curricular planning and manage execution of IBD Certificate events. Assist the Assistant Director of Business Administration with administrative tasks such as managing student records, registration requirements, and enrollment documents; making travel arrangements; execution of international fellowship requirements; and managing relationships with international fellowship partners. Responsible for internal and external communications including maintaining the IBD website, managing the program\'s social media presence, and advertising events and co-curriculars. Work Interactions
The incumbent will report to the Director of the Landegger Program and will work closely with the Associate Director and Assistant Director of Business Administration in the Program. The incumbent will also work closely with partner teams and programs in the School of Foreign Service, the McDonough School of Business, and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, along with partner institutions in Stockholm, Sweden. Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree At least one year of event support and logistics management experience Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to concurrently balance multiple, high priorities Excellent writing skills Experience with event and design software (i.e. Eventbrite, Canva, etc.) Work Mode Designation

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $44,022.00 - $73,406.80 Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate\'s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University\'s business needs and external factors.
