Senior Graphic Designer, Print Design Team, Ready to Wear and Accessories
— Senior Graphic Designer, Print Team role at Coach. Primary purpose and scope: The Senior Graphic Designer, Print Team will manage the day to day responsibilities of the Graphics Team. This role will focus on driving the graphics research and design process for Coach Retail and Runway collections including Ready To Wear, Accessories and Special projects. The position reports directly to the Senior Design Director of the Print Studio. Coach is a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941. Drive the graphic direction for the season through inspiring and highly creative research and ideas Partner with the Sr Director of Print and cross-category design leads to realize projects from kick-off through to production hand-off, ensuring consistent alignment with design and brand vision Lead a team of two direct reports and serve as a resource of technical expertise for the team Create artwork appropriately for the product, color separate and prepare in the correct format depending on factory requirements Manage information sharing between cross-functional teams for various product categories Create digital and physical presentation boards for meetings and ensure work is kept up to date Work proactively according to development calendar to stay ahead of timelines Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or related work experience in Textile Design, Graphic Design 8+ years of Graphic/Print Design work experience in apparel market with supported proven portfolio Must be an expert in Photoshop, Illustrator and relevant Adobe Programs Excellent hand drawing/ painting skills and ability to adapt hand to the brief A good working knowledge of fabrics and print techniques Excellent familiarity with trends, fashion and art history Highly developed taste level and excellent color sensibility Ability to manage a team, prioritize and delegate workload in a fast-paced environment Extremely organized and detail-oriented Excellent time management skills and calendar adherence Relevant portfolio work that aligns with understanding and aesthetic for Coach brand to be considered Competencies

HYBRID BASE PAY RANGE:
