Manage matters within creditors’ rights, which may include foreclosure, bankruptcy, and/or debt collection cases Draft, review, and approve legal pleadings and related documents Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and client updates Partner with clients to deliver timely and effective legal strategies Contribute to special projects and firm initiatives What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctorate (JD) Member in good standing with the state bar (within our listed states) Experience in creditors’ rights or related practice areas is a plus Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills Competitive Base Salary
