KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Corporate Affairs organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic communications plans and deliverables in alignment with firm-wide strategic objectives, with primary focus on KPMG U.S. Board of Directors communications support
Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to advance key strategic priorities and ensure communications deliverables
Ensure dissemination of relevant and timely information
Accountable for talking points, messaging, intranet content, event briefs, presentations, and more
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing project plans, timelines and status reports to ensure compliance with governance policies and quality outcomes; reimagine communications and operational processes and best practices that increase efficiency and impact
Support executive visibility efforts for firm leadership in coordination with broader team
Qualifications
Minimum eight years of recent experience in corporate affairs, communications or a related field
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Demonstrated expertise in Board communications, executive visibility strategies and corporate branding
Strong understanding of corporate governance and ability to manage communication within complex organizational structures; excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting strategic narratives and messaging
Solid interpersonal and leadership skills, with proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across senior stakeholder groups in order to execute communication strategies that align with organizational goals; ability to excel in fast-paced environment as a flexible and proactive team player who exercises independent judgment and can excel in ambiguity
Demonstrated experience using generative AI within day-to-day role, as well as desire to expand skillset and leverage internal tools to enhance ways of working and streamline processes to improve efficiencies
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity
