Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Serve as the primary point of contact for all external communications, including press inquiries and public statements. Create and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other materials to engage stakeholders and promote company initiatives. Monitor public perception and media coverage of the organization and report findings to management. Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs to foster positive relationships with key stakeholders. Assist in the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a corporate or public relations context. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. Strong understanding of media relations and experience in developing relationships with journalists. Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Benefits
