FP&A Business Partner

to join our

Global Go-to-Market Finance

team. In this high-impact role, based in

, you will work closely with senior marketing leadership to support our

Performance Marketing ,

Brand ,

Out-of-Home ,

Advertising , and

Lead Generation

efforts across all regions. You will also play a key role in driving

company-wide ARR and revenue forecasting , working cross-functionally with stakeholders across Marketing, Strategy, Product, and RevOps. This is a truly global role, partnering with teams based in

the US, UK, and Israel . About The Role

Act as the primary finance partner for the

global marketing organization , providing guidance on budget planning, campaign performance, and ROI. Partner with

performance marketing ,

brand & awareness , and

growth teams

to support investment decisions and efficiency metrics (e.g., CAC, payback, lead funnel metrics). Support business cases for new campaigns, tools, or partnerships in the marketing stack. Help marketing leaders optimize spend across channels and regions with data-driven insights Forecasting, Planning & ARR Analysis

Lead and coordinate

company-wide ARR and revenue forecasting , annual planning, and rolling forecasts. Partner closely with RevOps and Strategy to align pipeline, bookings, and top-of-funnel data into forecasting models. Build dynamic models to track marketing contribution to ARR growth across regions, segments, and product lines. Reporting & Decision Support

Deliver

monthly BvA analyses , campaign performance reports, and consolidated marketing spend reviews. Build dashboards and reporting tools that make it easy for marketing and finance to speak the same language. Contribute to CRO/CFO-ready decks, scenario modeling, and board-facing materials related to growth and GTM efficiency. Your Experience & Skills

5+ years

of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance roles, ideally in

B2B SaaS or tech Proven experience partnering with

marketing

or GTM functions at a regional or global level Strong understanding of SaaS and marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, pipeline, ARR) Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills; fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and modern FP&A tools (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan) Experience working with tools like

Salesforce ,

Google Analytics ,
