Responsibilities

Direct and assign incoming communication project requests; consult with stakeholders to determine scope of programs and projects and delegate resources appropriately

Manage digital media platforms, monitor trends and report on KPIs

Assist with creation and execution of strategic plan

Manage monthly e-newsletter, biannual newsletter, and various digital campaigns

Assist with overall brand management ensuring design and communications are consistent across all mediums

Provide leadership and supervision to year-round and seasonal Marketing & Communications staff including performance management

Manage the summer internship program including recruiting, hiring, and training of staff

Interview, write, edit, or design materials, as well as photograph or film various events and activities as needed

Provide public relations and crisis communication support

Assist with event management

Performs all other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring to the Table

Must be able to pass organizational background check

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field required or equivalent combination of education and work experience

3-5 years marketing & communications experience

Must have curiosity to find creative solutions for everyday needs

Must have photography, videography, and graphic design skills/experience

Must have strong, proven verbal and written communication skills

Must have strong instinct for pleasing design aesthetics

Must be able to meet and balance multiple deadlines

Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), as well as Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with Constant Contact and WordPress preferred

With locations near Maple Lake, Annandale, Eden Prairie and Bemidji, MN, True Friends serves individuals in Minnesota and throughout the United States.

Schedule: Full time, year-round

Location: Hybrid, in person at each location (Eden Prairie, Annandale, and Maple Lake) as needed

Compensation: Pay: $54,000 per year
