We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director or Vice President to join our dynamic Financial & Professional Services team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality strategic communications counsel and execution for our financial services clients. You will work closely with senior leaders, engage with key media, and contribute to the growth of both our clients and our firm. Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of financial services clients. Strategic Communications Planning & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communications programs tailored to client goals, encompassing media relations, corporate messaging, thought leadership, and digital engagement. Content Creation & Thought Leadership:

Produce high-quality written content for various channels, including articles, white papers, social media content, website copy, and award entries. Project Management & Team Collaboration:

Oversee project tasks, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client deliverables. Business Development:

Contribute to new business development by assisting with research, proposal writing, and pitch presentations. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or corporate communications, with a significant portion of that experience focused on the financial services industry (e.g., asset management, banking, fintech, investment banking, private equity). Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful communications campaigns. Deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and the regulatory environment within financial services. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences. Strong media relations skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with financial journalists and key media outlets. Experience in crisis communications and issues management is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, monitor industry trends, and provide strategic insights. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion. Details
