Key Responsibilities
Generate and articulate innovative, creative ideas.
Execute and own high-quality design work across all project phases, delivering strategically sound and visually compelling solutions.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative ideas that inspire and elevate creative execution.
Develop and maintain brand design systems, guidelines, and documentation to ensure seamless outputs across various touchpoints.
Inspire junior designers, setting an example with craft, organization, and approach to design challenges.
Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring fidelity in every detail and presenting ideas confidently to clients and internal teams.
Design presentations, templates, and visual assets to elevate client and agency outputs.
Collaborate with strategists, writers, and technologists to push creative boundaries on briefs.
Translate insights into innovative visual narratives with emphasis on form and function.
Balance autonomy with collaboration to achieve creative outcomes.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in design, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional work in communications, brand systems, and digital and experiential design.
Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and presentation tools (Keynote or Google Slides).
Ability to create a design system from scratch on Figma, including components and auto layouts.
Basic animation skills (After Effects).
Proven ability to adapt and experiment with new ideas and workflows while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Experience mentoring junior designers and collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for presenting and defending creative work effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive in driving projects forward.
Knowledgeable in leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation and design production.
Day-to-Day Contributions
Collaborate with strategists, writers, and technologists to push creative boundaries on every brief.
Translate insights into innovative visual narratives, emphasizing both form and function.
Balance autonomy with collaboration to achieve creative outcomes.
