EAH serves automotive enthusiast customers who are passionate about how their vehicle looks and performs, by providing the parts, content, knowledge, and support to make their vehicle come to life. We also serve a global network of specialty installer shops that solve for customers looking for a "Do it For Me" option. EAH’s leadership team has delivered strong organic growth with market-leading profitability. EAH has also completed multiple acquisitions and plans continued expansion of its served markets via acquisition.

EAH is owned and supported by Cortec Group, a premier private equity firm. Cortec has invested millions of dollars to expand EAH’s operations, facilities, technology, and leadership. Among other investments, EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems.

EAH is seeking to strengthen its Marketing team with the addition of a

Senior Graphic Designer

position for the EAH family of brands. This position will focus on delivering

creative and marketing support for Pelican Parts and Rennline .

Position Summary The Senior Graphic Designer carries out branding, promotional campaigns, e-mail communications, and other efforts. This role collaborates with the Product team, Marketing, R&D, and other teams as needed to define requirements for creative efforts, manages special projects, and is responsible for on-time, quality delivery of design efforts, creative assets, and content. The position will create design assets for multiple brands, design & compose e-mails, evaluate and elevate quality, and recommend improvements. The ideal candidate is a car enthusiast (especially for Porsche) who can understand and represent what is compelling to like-minded car enthusiasts. They should also be able to leverage a deep working knowledge of design and continuous improvement principles to balance quality and drive efficiency and results.

Responsibilities

Design, create, and execute/publish marketing and content emails for Pelican and Rennline

Create visual text and imagery concepts using the Adobe Suite to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers

Generate compelling written content to effectively communicate products, promotions, brand, and stories to draw in new customers and engage current customers

Continuously innovate on effective e-mail design, content, and visuals to achieve the best engagement and ROI

Design for packaging, logos, events, imagery for print and digital uses, and other marketing assets as needed, with excellent attention to post-processing and preflight details

Transform statistical data into visual graphics and diagrams to create infographics

Deliver assets and emails according to the planned schedule and cadence

Speak in the voice of the brand, with an ability to personalize visual assets and written content by make/model

Have a pulse on current Porsche/automotive news to integrate into content where relevant

Work closely with marketing, catalog, and product development teams

Collaborates with social, video, and photography teams

Works closely with (potential to oversee) other graphic designers on the team

Share content with our media partners, including topics, links to the site, and supporting assets

Regularly update content blocks of automated campaigns

Communicate with vendors to ensure we accurately portray their brands in features

Assist with other Marketing programs and priorities as needed

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be a car enthusiast and can “talk the talk” - Porsche enthusiasm is a plus, along with other automotive makes such as VW/Audi, BMW, and Mercedes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A strong attention to detail with an emphasis on grammar and spelling

Ability to create engaging content from the point of view of a car enthusiast

Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Listrak, Klaviyo, and/or MailChimp, and other marketing automation tools (or ability to quickly gain familiarity with necessary platforms)

Strong design sensibilities

In-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver

Ability to understand and work with basic HTML code as needed

Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles: coloring, spacing, typography, hierarchy

Multimedia content development

Creativity and originality

Some automotive mechanical / DIY knowledge is a plus

Bachelor’s Degree is a plus

Salary and Benefits $50,000-$55,000 per year
