Sr User Experience Researcher (Quantitative & Analytics Methods)

We are looking for a talented and passionate Sr. User Experience Researcher to lead mixed methods research that informs investments across UKGs AI portfolio. You will work with cross-functional partners to identify critical features and experiences that deliver business and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research studies using UXR qualitative and quantitative methods, and behavioral/log data analysis that deepen our understanding of the user experience and drive product strategy. Translate complex data and identify strategic opportunities.
- Help build product metrics measurement programs, platforms and reporting mechanisms to scale growing organizational needs.
- Develop and socialize a strategic point of view on key topics. Advise senior stakeholders and inform north star direction.
- Raise the methodological bar within the User Research team and mentor other team members.
- Co-lead ideation and co-creation activities with cross-functional partners and customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional user research experience, with a demonstrated knowledge of User Experience best practices.
- Ability to conduct quantitative research at scale and demonstrate the use of a variety of research methods (longitudinal programs, A/B testing, trigger-based automated surveys, conjoint, and discrete choice modeling).
- Experience with quantitative analysis tools (e.g., Qualtrics, R, SPSS). Familiarity with usage analytics tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Pendo, Looker) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and practical research approaches to complex design problems.
- Experience facilitating design and ideation sprints. Familiarity with a variety of workshop methods and recipes.
- Experience in leveraging AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include building AI-powered features, using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- BS/BA degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors or related discipline or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Subject matter knowledge related to workforce management, human resource management and/or talent management is a plus.
- Experience with Enterprise software applications highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $112,300 to $161,400. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
