Job Description:

• Under the supervision of the Deputy Commissioner of External Affairs, the Digital Communications & Design Coordinator uses creative design expertise and digital communications skills to support the agency’s mission and strengthen its brand. This role is responsible for planning, designing, and producing marketing and informational materials across print and digital platforms, applying a working knowledge of evolving accessibility guidelines and consistency with agency standards. The coordinator also implements and manages digital communications strategies across web, email, social media, and other channels—creating compelling content, engaging with constituents, and measuring impact.
• This position requires a strong blend of graphic design, multimedia production, and digital communications skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver effective, innovative solutions.
