Juniper Office is seeking a creative leader who can seamlessly blend brand storytelling with performance-driven design. This role will shape and scale Juniper’s visual identity across every digital touchpoint, ensuring our creative not only looks exceptional but also drives meaningful results. With 90%+ of work focused online—from emails and social posts to website content, Meta ads, and digital campaigns. The Sr. Graphic Designer will be central to how Juniper connects with customers and captures leads.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Juniper’s visual identity and creative execution across digital and brand touchpoints.
- Partner closely with Brand and eCommerce teams to deliver high-converting, brand-first creative across the website, paid media, email, and social media.
- Develop campaign concepts and visual storytelling approaches that connect strategy to measurable outcomes.
- Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and visual standards that balance brand consistency with channel-specific best practices.
- Ensure creative excellence across channels, including website assets, paid ads, emails, organic social, and sales enablement collateral.
- Oversee and mentor junior designers while managing freelance/agency partners as needed.
- Stay current on design, advertising, and digital trends, proactively bringing innovative ideas to drive engagement and conversion.
- Balance strategic brand building with hands-on design execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of design experience, with 2+ years in a senior or lead role (Art Director, Senior Designer, or similar).
- Proven experience developing brand-first creative that delivers performance results, especially across digital channels.
- Extensive digital expertise (paid media assets, UX/website content, emails, social posts); motion/animation a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with design for Shopify preferred.
- A portfolio demonstrating both brand storytelling and performance-oriented creative execution.
- Experience with both B2B brands (driving awareness, education, and lead capture) and eCommerce companies (creating high-converting digital creative).
- Experience collaborating with marketing, eCommerce, and Sales teams to align design with business goals.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills; ability to guide junior designers and manage external partners.
- Excellent eye for detail, layout, typography, and digital usability best practices.
