Visiting Angels is a premier nurse registry in Seminole County and West Volusia. We are currently looking for a proactive and personable Marketing Liaison to service our Seminole and West Volusia County territory. The Marketing Liaison is responsible for driving business growth through strategic referral development, community outreach, and brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand private duty homecare and registry model. Remain current on local industry trends to represent and differentiate Visiting Angels and its services in the local market.
• Drive business growth by spending a majority of the workday in the field developing referral relationships that result in eligible referrals within territory
• Educate referral sources and the community about the benefits of homecare, the referral process, company differentiators and the ease of making referrals.
• Identify and target high-potential referral sources. Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns for each source.
• Network effectively to establish new contacts and leads
• Regularly communicate and follow up with referral partners.
• Identify and prioritize relevant industry events for attendance
• Attend regular meetings with owner to go over marketing plan and efforts
• Provide value through consistent communication and support to team members, referral sources and clients
• Track and analyze marketing metrics and referral patterns. Prepare and present regular performance reports.
• Manage social media presents with organic content to generate traffic and leads
• Utilize company resources to ensure an appropriate return on investment.
• Practice good time management, problem solving, follow instructions and complete work assignments.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and demeanor.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to clients, including client’s families and other employees.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, flexibility and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Engage in constructive problem solving and the exploration of new ideas.

The desired candidate will possess the following:

• Work independently and proactively with minimal direction and/or supervision.
• Present a well-groomed image that reflects the professionalism of the business
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Must have valid licensed driver with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement)
• Ability to be flexible regarding working hours.
• Minimum of 2 years Marketing Experience. Homecare or Industry experiences preferred
• Live in Seminole County or surrounding areas
