Overview

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist our client's marketing team in developing and executing digital, print, and event campaigns

• Create, proof, and edit marketing materials, social media content, and presentations

• Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms with current content

• Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and promotional initiatives

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics

• Support CRM and email marketing activities to ensure accurate data and targeted outreach

• Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1-3 years of marketing or communications experience preferred

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities

• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
