Your Role Will Include:

TALENT:

  • Oversee the complete visual talent lifecycle in the market by recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline by nurturing internal talent and attracting external candidates.
  • Lead and coach visual teams to foster development and growth.
  • Encourage a high-performance culture, driving results through teamwork.
  • Create an engaging and positive work environment across the market.
  • Stay informed about competition and product trends to enhance visual development.
  • Communicate effectively with Store Executive Leadership about initiatives, feedback, and updates.

BRAND:

  • Use innovative and creative strategies to execute top-tier merchandising aligned with customer preferences.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored options.
  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and refine merchandising tactics.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand integrity.
  • Drive change initiatives throughout the market seamlessly.
  • Manage brand tests and initiatives proactively, tracking and reporting results.
  • Support Home Office Visual partners and attend Lab Store sets as required.

OPERATIONS:

  • Lead quarterly business reviews, ensuring all stores adhere to brand standards.
  • Set clear expectations and maintain accountability with visual teams through consistent communication.
  • Verify the effective execution of visual strategies, measuring outcomes against goals.
  • Facilitate the implementation of floor plans in collaboration with store visual merchandisers.
  • Align merchandise strategies with the company's long-term vision to drive results.
  • Help manage store inventory to minimize discrepancies.
  • Participate in bi-weekly Visual Champion calls with Home Office Visual teams.
  • Serve as a liaison between Home Office Visual teams and store visual merchandisers.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5+ years in visual merchandising and a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit retail.
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to create striking displays.
  • Proven ability to develop and retain high-caliber talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and changes.
  • Capacity to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
  • Willingness to travel within the market, potentially up to 80% of the time.
