Fresh perspectives often drive the best results.If you're a HubSpot power user who understands sales funnels, lead flow, and campaign optimization, we want to talk-regardless of your industry background.What You'll OwnHubSpot Mastery & MigrationLead our Q4 HubSpot implementation and ongoing optimizationBuild sophisticated workflows, lead scoring, and automation sequencesDesign and manage multi-touch digital campaigns across all channelsDevelop comprehensive reporting dashboards and performance analyticsLead Generation & Pipeline DevelopmentCreate and execute targeted digital strategies to identify high-potential prospectsBuild and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and lead capture systemsResearch and implement new lead generation tools and channelsDevelop and maintain a robust, trackable prospect pipelineCampaign Management & OptimizationDesign and execute outbound sales campaigns across email, social, and phoneMonitor lead engagement metrics and continuously optimize conversion ratesCollaborate with marketing team on content optimization for lead captureA/B test everything-campaigns, subject lines, landing pages, you name itSales & Marketing AlignmentServe as first point of contact for inbound leads, professionally representing our firmQualify leads using established criteria and route to appropriate advisor teamsFacilitate smooth lead handoffs with full context and backgroundBridge the gap between marketing efforts and sales resultsWhat We're Looking ForNon-Negotiables5+ years digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations experienceAdvanced HubSpot expertise-you should know workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and automation like the back of your handProven track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation targetsDeep understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and conversion optimizationTechnical SkillsProficiency with digital marketing tools: email marketing, paid ads, social media, SEOExperience with CRM management and data hygiene best practicesComfortable with marketing analytics and performance reportingKnowledge of lead scoring methodologies and qualification frameworksPersonal QualitiesSelf-motivated and results-driven-we need someone who takes ownershipExcellent communicator-you'll present to leadership and interface with prospectsAnalytically minded-data should drive your decisionsProcess-oriented-you love creating systems that scaleCollaborative-you'll work closely with advisors and marketing teamWhy This Role MattersYou won't just be managing campaigns-you'll be building the foundation of our digital growth strategy.
