Overview

Reporting to the Chief of Growth, the Marketing Coordinator is at the hub of the Marketing departments planning, implementation, and reporting activities for both PACE and Savory Fare. The Marketing Coordinator manages inventory and vendors, coordinates events, and handles a variety of other tasks that ensure all marketing efforts run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines. Responsibilities Work with the Chief of Growth to develop and maintain external events and project calendars to ensure timely completion of tasks In collaboration with the Enrollment Manager, research new opportunities for sponsorships and events that align with the strategic growth goals of the organization and contribute to the marketing plan. Develop and maintain reports that track ROI of enrollment and marketing campaigns Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure timely and accurate completion Maintain a directory and inventory of marketing collateral, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed; prepare sales kits as appropriate Reviews all marketing material quarterly and provides feedback for any adjusted language. Maintains Marketing folder on the shared drive. Coordinate and monitor the Vendor contact list to include updated media contacts, printers and producers of promotional material Research and organize quotes for promotional materials, staff celebrations and other marketing materials. Plan and coordinate events at each PACE center; manage processes and vendors. Plan other promotional gatherings as assigned. Ensure PACE follows appropriate federal and state marketing guidelines. Submit appropriate materials to CMS and EOHHS and track process. Proofread and edit materials, such as newsletters, brochures, letters etc Provide coverage for the Creative and Communications Associates in the areas of social media and staff/event photographs as needed Maintain the organization and materials in the marketing closet Contributes to proposal and pitch writing as needed Represent PACE at various community meetings, trade shows, health fairs and other events as assigned by the Chief of Growth Always provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Recommend program improvements, for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Participate and / or lead PACE committees that directly support Enrollment activity, or other committees established to advance the organizational strategic plan. Travel throughout RI is required Occasional evening and weekend hours necessary. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Required Bachelor's Degree, Preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and at times up to 20 pounds. Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises as well as related community care settings. Must be able to tolerate conditions typically associated with a medical office and/or home care setting including potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases.

Experience

1 to 3 years of administrative support experience, Preferred 1-3 years of marketing experience with a health care organization, Preferred 1 to 3 years of Health Care Industry Experience, Preferred 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, Preferred
