As a

Sr Marketing Communications Specialist

at

Optum , you will support the communications strategy to attract and activate consumers in pharmacy benefit features as well as navigating changes to their pharmacy benefit coverage to achieve trend management and value targets. This position will have direct involvement in developing and deploying communication materials that reach consumers in our employer, government and health plan markets. The position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, located in Eden Prairie, MN. Primary Responsibilities Contribute to marketing communication strategies: add value through brainstorming, translate objectives and develop or support deliverables Lead end-to-end communication projects. Define requester needs, create and revise content, direct creative and marketing ops partners, meet communication standards, and deliver on time Maintain communication assets. Use established protocols, interface with marketing operations teams, ensure availability for account resources Work with internal and external marketing and creative services to meet program objectives Coordinate consumer research studies to support research on consumer mindset and barriers to adoption Manage project expenses by gathering estimates, obtaining approvals, tracking costs, and submitting invoices Contribute to/create cost benefit analyses in support of campaign enhancements and growth Work with peers to integrate efforts and share best practice

Salary and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in supporting consumer marketing/direct response marketing campaigns 3+ years of experience with prioritizing multiple deliverables 3+ years of project management experience 3+ years of experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy benefit management (PBM) industry Ability to work in the Eden Prairie, MN, office 4 days weekly
