We are currently seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join our growing team in Orlando, Florida. They should be strategic, creative, and data-driven and be able to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital platformswith a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)alongside broader experience in paid search, SEO, email marketing, TikTok and Snapchat as well as the entire Google platform. The ideal candidate thrives on performance metrics, thinks both analytically and creatively, and can translate business goals into high-impact digital campaigns that drive traffic, leads, engagement, purchases, and revenue.
Responsibilities
Support the execution of digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Assist with developing and implementing digital campaigns across key platforms, working closely with internal teams and agency partners.
Set up, launch, and manage campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Audience Network).
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce ad creatives and short-form videos that align with platform best practices.
Monitor campaign performance regularly, using AI-powered analytics tools where available to identify trends, surface insights, and suggest optimizations.
Use tools like Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and Google Analytics to track performance and improve attribution.
Build and maintain Custom and Lookalike Audiences to support targeting efforts, leveraging AI-driven recommendations when possible.
Assist in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn, incorporating AI features like predictive audience targeting.
Support A/B testing, creative iterations, and budget pacing under the guidance of the digital manager.
Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, budget, and campaign performance using automated reporting dashboards or AI-enhanced analytics tools.
Stay informed on updates to digital platforms, algorithms, and emerging AI features in the ad ecosystem.
Work closely with the broader digital marketing team to align efforts across search, email, website, and organic social.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the evolving digital marketing landscape including paid social, AI tools, search, and display.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and campaign reporting. Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and paid media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API. Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools or features (e.g., Performance Max, ChatGPT, Smartly.io, Adobe Firefly) is a plus. Understanding of digital campaign performance metrics, testing strategies, and audience segmentation. Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing creative assets for digital ads. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
