The Opportunity
The Brand and Content Manager is responsible for defining and executing SPECTRAFORCEs unified brand strategy and market positioning across all external channels. This role oversees content production, digital storytelling, and social media management, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with key audiences. This position requires close collaboration with executive leadership, sales, and HR to align messaging with business priorities and drive market impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental goals by providing support, coaching, and training to foster a high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals and global expansion.
- Conduct brand health audits and recalibrate positioning based on industry benchmarks and audience insights.
- Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints, including logo, voice, visual identity, and messaging.
- Lead the creation of high-impact videos, case studies, and episodic content for GTM campaigns and employer branding.
- Oversee content strategy and execution for the corporate website, SEO-optimized pages, and digital collateral.
- Manage YouTube and multimedia content, including scriptwriting, audience targeting, and analytics.
- Launch episodic content formats such as Founder POV, Day-in-the-Life series, and Hiring Hacks to build brand salience.
- Develop and execute platform-native strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Manage both organic and paid social media campaigns, including influencer partnerships and employee advocacy.
- Monitor social trends, optimize content, and ensure measurement and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and HR to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Lead brand governance and present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to executive teams.
- Produce market trend briefs and competitive analysis to inform brand and content strategies.
- Support sales enablement with persona-driven content assets.
- Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports with marketing and brand performance insights.
- Prepare final review decks and campaign retrospectives for executive review.
- Maintain marketing Wiki and Notion hubs for content reusability and cross-functional learning.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in brand strategy, content production, and social media management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing brand campaigns for US audiences
- Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Expertise in CMS, social media management tools, analytics platforms, and paid media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing (preferred).
- Experience with global teams (preferred).
- Experience in staffing (preferred).
