We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to enhance our showroom experiences. As a Showroom Visual Merchandiser, you will collaborate closely with store management and various departments to create engaging visual presentations that reflect our brand standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work alongside the Regional Visual Merchandiser to manage merchandise flow and visual standards across designated stores.
• Develop and maintain visually appealing showroom displays.
• Coordinate the placement of furniture and accessories based on our established guidelines.
• Implement floor moves and ensure organized presentations throughout the showroom.
• Design and hang artwork and mirrors to enhance the space.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, with a preference for accessory and/or furniture retail experience.
• Proven ability to create and uphold consistent visual presentations in line with company standards.
• Capacity to follow both verbal and written instructions from the Regional Visual Merchandiser with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation within your area of responsibility and/or region.
• Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture weighing 50 lbs or more and demonstrate excellent mobility (bending, lifting, climbing, etc.).
