Senior Manager, Marketing - Strategic Operations & Planning
What You Will Do
- Join the marketing team to support the Executive Director and Brand Lead for TEPEZZA. Oversee operations, facilitate meetings, coordinate activities, solve problems, manage projects, and improve processes.
- Champion the brand strategy and collaborate with internal stakeholders; build strong relationships with key partners to drive initiatives.
- Shape the future of TEPEZZA; this role reports to the Executive Director and Brand Lead.

Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing/sales experience
- Or Masters degree and 4 years of marketing/sales experience
- Or Bachelors degree and 6 years of marketing/sales experience
- Or Associates degree and 10 years of marketing/sales experience
- Or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing/sales experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong planning, project management, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to seize feedback and provide clear direction
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative and independence
- Ability to develop and execute on the principles of brand management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional, proactive demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits
The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.
