Position Summary
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you’ll bring fresh ideas to life, creating original artwork and graphics for a wide range of home décor and gift items. You’ll work closely with product developers, artists, and production partners to ensure each design reflects our brand vision and meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design original artwork, typography, and layouts for a variety of home décor and gift categories.
• Translate trends and product direction into commercially successful designs.
• Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork files for overseas manufacturing.
• Keep digital assets organized, updated, and easy to access.
• Research design trends, colors, and materials to keep our product line fresh and on-brand.
• Contribute to team brainstorms, reviews, and line-planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional design experience (consumer products, home décor, or giftware preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to take and apply feedback.
• Illustration, hand lettering, or photography skills a plus.
