We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, drive business development efforts, and position our company as a leader in the industrial construction and fabrication industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing channels, content development, branding, and lead generation strategies — with a passion for delivering impactful messaging to industrial and commercial audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Develop and manage content for digital channels, including the company website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Create marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, capability statements, case studies, proposals, project profiles).
  • Coordinate and support trade show appearances, client events, and sponsorships.
  • Manage online presence through SEO, website updates, and analytics reporting.
  • Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with client communications, newsletters, and public relations efforts.
  • Maintain brand standards across all internal and external communication materials.
  • Research competitors, market trends, and industry news to inform strategies.
  • Support proposal development and assist in preparing RFQ/RFP responses.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Leadership Team on marketing initiatives, project progress, and strategic recommendations.
  • Launch and maintain weekly spotlights for each company on key topics like Safety, Projects, Employee Recognition, and Industry Trends

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Previous marketing experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems, and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Analytics).
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing tactics and construction industry terminology is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
