Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building.
• Manage paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, and other platforms with a focus on ROI and conversion.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversions.
• Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the team on ad copy, landing pages, and content that aligns with SEO and SEM goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Experience running A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Strong understanding of ranking factors, search algorithms, and paid search strategy.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
