About the Team: Digital Web Creative is a dynamic team of talented, digital marketing designers and digital production artists. We work closely with editorial counterparts to bring the Pottery Barn Kids brand voice to our website, emails and digital assets. We collaborate with cross-functional partners in eCom, Development, Brand Marketing and Photo Studio. We value sharing ideas and building a sense of family and community. This is an onsite role with remote Fridays — 4 days per week in our San Francisco office.
About The Role The Senior Designer will strategize to design and produce innovative marketing assets for email, social and web campaigns.
Responsibilities
Design and lead seasonal and monthly creative for emails, social and digital marketing ads
Design and maintain daily emails and social marketing assets
Support Creative Manager to craft solutions for new designs for brand campaigns and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the marketing and social teams to strategize, optimize and design for business needs
Work with cross-functional design teams to ensure emails, social and digital ads align with the brand identity and voice
Performance manage designers, delivering continual coaching and feedback
Color correct or alter photo files in Photoshop as needed
Manage and support coding of emails
Coordinate and support up-to-date creative designs across all US and Global websites and emails
Manage workflow to meet business and creative deadlines
Qualifications
5+ years of digital design experience
1+ year of people management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
Extremely proficient in Figma, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrated record of bringing new ideas to fruition
Outstanding communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work well within tight deadlines
Familiarity with current online advertising practices and functionality
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

Compensation & Other Details The expected starting pay range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
