Job Description This role leads and executes internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include executing LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards, supporting the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes, ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identifying issues and control improvements for remediation, and building out action plans and milestones.
The Marketing & Digital Privacy Business Controls Manager supports Privacy compliance activities across Consumer and Marketing and Digital and Specialized Consumer Client Solutions. This role leads work efforts designing and building solutions to support new privacy regulations, aligns to the central privacy team, and manages the delivery of cross-FLU solutions owned by Consumer and Marketing and Digital. Specific accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Leading and managing regulatory change projects
Proactive risk identification, project management, change adoption, and sustainability
Reporting and consolidation of project documentation and related compliance program activities
Raising awareness, communicating, and training teams on regulatory changes
The Marketing & Digital Business Controls Manager works with legal, compliance, and product teams to identify, assess, and ensure adherence to required compliance activities. This includes defining impacted areas, documenting compliance requirements, and managing the project delivery plan through implementation. The Business Control Manager creates project plans, status reports, and timely communications to partners. The role may support execution of operational routines and change efforts across M & D aligned functions as needed.

Required Qualifications: Change or project management experience with a track record of delivery Issue management, including prioritization and escalation Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical and execution skills Ability to facilitate meetings, capture outcomes and resolve actions Effective collaboration with teammates at all levels Strong communication and ability to influence business partners Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and presentations Desired Qualifications: Consumer Privacy experience or other LOB Experience with the UCRA tool Understanding of the Enterprise Risk Framework Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Self-motivation, organization, and ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines Adaptability to changing circumstances Responsibilities: Lead assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards Perform monitoring and testing of controls, identify issues and recommendations for remediation Lead implementation of optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity Manage the performance and productivity of team members who conduct quality inspection reviews Ensure timely execution of QA activities including control execution, case management, and results reporting Manage and review all front-line unit responses for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews Ensure data accuracy and capture relevant information for inspection metrics to support governance and dashboard reporting Skills: Controls Management Oral Communications Risk Management Stakeholder Management Strategy Planning and Development Continuous Improvement Drives Engagement Influence Strategic Thinking Talent Development Data and Trend Analysis Decision Making Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing Problem Solving Quality Assurance Minimum Education Requirement:
