Optimization Research & Analysis (50%): Conduct peer and market research, compile findings from internal repositories, assist in developing strategies for improving user experience and digital performance; identify and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experience and conversion; gather and analyze data to evaluate user journeys and provide recommendations based on test outcomes and performance trends; coordinate with stakeholders to apply test learnings across platforms (e.g., donation forms, post-donation experience). Campaign Reporting & Insights (35%): Compile integrated campaign performance dashboards and reports across paid, owned, and earned channels; develop standard reporting templates to track KPIs, identify trends, and surface optimization opportunities; perform data quality checks and help identify performance discrepancies; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting is aligned with campaign objectives and is clear and actionable. Project Coordination & Team Collaboration (15%): Support project tracking and coordination across digital initiatives, including optimization tests, analytics workstreams, and campaign wrap-ups; participate in planning and reporting meetings and document follow-ups; work with the web team to manage tickets for donation forms, landing page inputs, and related assets; partner with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and collaboration; maintain documentation of digital projects, tests, and performance insights in shared systems. Required Qualifications For The Role

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, analytics, or related fields Experience with web or marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics/GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify insights, and communicate findings to various stakeholders Experience supporting or coordinating testing and optimization projects (e.g., A/B testing, UX improvements) Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams and explain information clearly Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics across digital channels (e.g., email, search, display) Proficiency in MS Office Professional proficiency in spoken and written English Preferred Qualifications For The Role

Experience with Adobe Analytics or other enterprise-level analytics platforms Familiarity with nonprofit, fundraising, or mission-driven marketing environments Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio Knowledge of CRO best practices and testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) Understanding of privacy regulations affecting digital marketing (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Compensation Save the Children is offering salary ranges for this position dependent on candidate location. US-based salary ranges: Geo 1: $66,300 – $74,100; Geo 2: $60,350 – $67,450; Geo 3: $54,400 – $60,800. Actual base salary may vary based on experience, internal equity, and location.
