100% onsite in Irvine, CA (only candidates already local to Southern CA will be considered) Employment Type:
3+ months contract Compensation : $35.00 per hour (W2 only) Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Jr-Mid level Project Managerwho has experience with use cases in
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
to focus on future capabilities and expansion of features for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run Discovery Sessions
Collaborate and work with Digital Technology, vendors, and relevant partners to assess, evaluate, and determine feasibility and return of new functions and features for Salesforce, participate in wider efforts of exploring additional new tools and services that will expand the use of Salesforce to other business units, and keep Customer Journey team up to date and informed of any new Salesforce capabilities. Use Case Development and Execution
Revise, expand, and optimize current use cases, and review future data points to be connected to Salesforce and generate new use cases that deliver a more cohesive and personalized customer journey/experience. And also, help with the planning and execution of optimized and net new use cases with relevant partners. Project/Program Planning
Overall help with any project or program planning tasks associated to Salesforce such as operational workflows and diagrams, creating calendars with timings and milestones, and building presentation decks with updates, status, and roadmaps. New Capabilities/Features to Explore:
