Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills-
Figma Design Systems Social Media Platforms Digital Communities Visual Design Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-6 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role. Proven experience designing for social media platforms, digital communities, or user engagement products. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for social and interactive products. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Experience with prototyping and usability testing tools. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles. Strong collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills.
