You will evaluate each customers technology needs and product lines in order to ensure optimal performance. In this role you will also have the opportunity to work with internal teams to answer questions and identify necessary hardware and technical requirements. Qualifications
Associates degree or higher, preferably in a technical field Experience configuring and/or troubleshooting network equipment Ability to think critically and work in a team environment Ability to multitask and attention to detail Strong communication skills
