Executive Support
Manage complex calendars, travel, logistics, and high-level meetings with discretion
Prepare briefing documents, agendas, and follow-ups for executive engagements
Serve as a trusted liaison with senior leaders, teams, and external partners
Monitor and track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects
Communications & Content Coordination
Draft, edit, and refine executive memos, internal announcements, and social media content Maintain communication trackers, calendars, and key departmental milestones Compile daily media summaries, sentiment reports, and newsletter content Support internal campaigns and storytelling initiatives, including events and visibility programs
Event & Operational Support
Coordinate logistics and provide onsite support for company-wide events (e.g., All Hands) Assist with planning, signage, content scheduling, and budget tracking Manage department expenses, subscriptions, and internal compliance tasks Collaborate on community outreach and regional campaigns with cross-functional teams
What You Bring
10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite leaders Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to tone and detail Background or strong interest in internal communications, PR, or corporate storytelling High level of professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and collaboration platforms
