Responsible for media project intake and tracking project timelines. Support the media program manager to define scope, schedule of projects, determine capacity and impact to work across teams, and ensure successful delivery while tracking against due dates across all deliverables. Minimum - Any experience with Microsoft Office - 1 year of experience managing projects through Workfront, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools - 3+ years marketing/media experience - Strong oral, written, presentation, people, diplomacy, and time management skills - Comfort with technology, change, and complexity - Innovative, detail and process oriented, strong analytical and decision-making skills
Desired - Bachelor's Degree related field or equivalent practical experience- Intake all media campaigns and projects and ensure teams have required inputs to determine scope and resources required - Utilize project tracking systems and processes for Integrated Media and media agency and assist in producing data-rich documents for review and action by Integrated Media leadership - Maintain and distribute project deliverables timelines across key stakeholders and teams - Surface project and campaign conflicts, and work with your supervisor to identify appropriate resolution paths with key stakeholders - Partner with Marketing Technology to identify project tracking enhancements and implementation of new automation or updated processes - Manage for other assigned projects to ensure they are on track and gaining organizational support and identify and solve for roadblocks/gaps; report progress routinely to supervisor; prepare and distribute routine progress reports to department leaders - Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
