Position Details:
Client: Ascendion / Fidelity
Job Tittle: UX Designer
Location: 100% Remote (Going to work as per EST / CST Time Zone)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possibilities of further extension
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must haves:7 to 9+ years of UX Design or related experience is preferred.Design skills which include visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods, or wireframing.Experience in using research to support evidence-focused design decisionsA foundation of development knowledge (both web and mobile preferred)A digital portfolio is required.
Plusses:
Experience designing for financial applicationsA degree in a related field such as interactive design, architecture, industrial design, graphic design, or human factorsFamiliarity with the value of design systemsAdvocate for wireframing first, design second
Day-to-day:
Work across organizations to drive consistent customer experiencesPartnering with the user researcher, subject matter experts, and the director to understand what to design and whyIterate on wireframes to solve real problemsWork across the organization to drive consistent customer experiencesYou will use qualitative and quantitative feedback to unearth recurring themes and promote data-driven design decisions
