Who you are: Youve got a passion for Public Relations which is evident by your enthusiasm for the latest trends and innovations in the PR and media landscape. Candidates must have background and be an authentic participant of niche/sub communities within culture ranging from premium & luxury street and sportswear + sneaker culture, emerging public and contemporary art, DJ/festival culture, emerging rap/hip-hop, dance, indie rock, Pro sports (basketball, soccer), action sports (street skating), outdoor sports (hiking, trail running, mountaineering), consumer technology, emerging media and mass media. What youll be doing: You would play a pivotal role in working closely with agency leadership to drive maximal results for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include, but arent limited to, media research and building/expansion of media and influencer lists, assistance with media outreach, as well as coordination of media announcements, interviews, gifting and more. As a coordinator you will be drafting press releases, alerts and pitching to the media. On site presence for media events and activations will be required. Must haves:Unique personal style/fashion sense BS/BA in Public Relations, Communications of similar relevant field Previous internship experience in a PR agency Advanced writing and verbal skills Near flawless organizational and project management skillsNear encyclopedic and most-up-to-date knowledge of the mass media including social-first editorial and niche magsFluency of the creator/influencer space and strategic partnerships Fluency in Google and/or MS spreadsheets applications Fluency in Google Slides and/or Powerpoint Expertise of TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin as an active user + continuously networking through these platformsAbove & beyond work ethic and desire to do whatever it takesCompensation and Benefits Salary range $40-55K BOE Paid Holidays Paid Time offSick Leave Comp TimeMedical, Dental, & Vision insurance 401(k) Profit Sharing
