Full-Time; 40 hours/week

Salary Range: $66K-$70K

Location: Central corporate office, Phoenix, AZ. This position supports federal, state, and private funding efforts to advance Terros Health\'s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and coordinate the development of grant proposals to federal, state, local government agencies, and private foundations to secure funding aligned with Terros Health\'s mission and strategic priorities.
  • Identify grant opportunities and work with Grants Administrator to align opportunities with organizational programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and program staff to align funding opportunities with strategic priorities.
  • Write clear, compelling, and compliant grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and applications.
  • Gather required information such as program descriptions, budgets, data, and organizational documents.
  • Support staff in ensuring adherence to funder requirements and grant guidelines.
  • Assist with preparation of interim and final reports to funders.
  • Maintain organized records of proposals, submissions, outcomes, and reporting.
  • Work closely with clinical, behavioral health, quality, and administrative teams to understand program needs and capture outcomes data.
  • Assist in building organizational grant readiness by developing standard templates, narratives, and resource documents.
  • Provide guidance on strengthening proposals with evidence-based practices, health equity, and population health data.
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings and other activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience with federal and state grant portals (e.g., Grants.gov, HRSA EHBs, etc.) highly preferred.
  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and sliding fee programs highly preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple proposals.
