Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator & Personal Videographer based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a unique and dynamic role for a creative storyteller who will work closely with our CEO and team to bring the Living The Dream lifestyle to life online. You will be responsible for following the CEO and team day-to-day, filming behind-the-scenes moments, property tours, and business activities using Meta glasses, handheld cameras, and other tools.

The goal is to craft engaging, episodic, TV show–style social media content that highlights our properties, brand, and lifestyle — building a powerful presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the personal videographer, capturing daily business activities, property tours, events, and lifestyle footage.
  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Develop creative concepts, scenarios, and episodic “mini-show” storylines to showcase the brand.
  • Write captions, schedule posts, and manage day-to-day engagement with followers.
  • Track performance analytics, identify trends, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to ensure content is authentic, high-energy, and on-brand.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation and videography (portfolio required).
  • Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Meta glasses or POV/hands-free filming tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of social media storytelling, episodic content, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and caption-writing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related field (preferred, not required).
  • Experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle content is a plus.
