Overview

Digital Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality content for multiple internal brands, with a strong focus on video content for Instagram and TikTok. This role goes beyond simple editing — we need someone experienced in creating professional B-roll, dynamic video storytelling, and fun, trend-driven content, while also bringing graphic design skills to develop compelling visuals, graphics, and marketing assets.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and create video-first content for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Capture, edit, and produce B-roll and high-quality video content (not just template-based tools).
  • Design and create static and motion graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Develop engaging, on-brand social content across multiple formats (Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, ads, etc.).
  • Work across multiple brand identities, adapting tone, style, and creative direction.
  • Stay up-to-date with social trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns.
  • Manage a high output of video and graphic content across multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Ensure consistency in creative quality and brand representation.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Digital Creator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video-first content for Instagram and TikTok and graphic design work.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Skilled in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, or similar).
  • Experience capturing and editing B-roll footage.
  • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform best practices.
  • Creative thinker with proven ability to execute content from concept to delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and brand voices simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in photography and multimedia content.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Exposure to paid media campaigns and creative optimization.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing/brand teams on digital campaigns.
