Role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Media Ads Specialist who can take our clients’ ad campaigns to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves testing new strategies, and knows how to turn ad spend into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, create, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and targeting refinement
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI
• Create and present performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and video assets that align with campaign goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing paid social campaigns with proven results
• Strong understanding of ad bidding strategies, targeting, and tracking
• Proficiency with Ads Manager, Business Manager, and analytics tools
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into action
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bonus points for experience in Google Ads or other PPC platforms
