Responsibilities
- Set a global product vision for Ad CX
- Launch high impact products and services that enhance Ad CX and drive business success with advertisers
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, monetization, technical and operational lift, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers on developing ML based solutions to improve Ad CX on Prime Video
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will remain posted until filled.
